About us

Care that feels personal

We're a registered NDIS provider built on a simple belief: good support starts with understanding the person, not the paperwork.

Our story

Founded on lived experience

Wander Community Care was created by people who understand disability from both sides of the support relationship — including lived experience of neurodiversity. That perspective shapes everything we do.

We know the difference a patient, consistent and genuinely caring person can make to someone's week. So we built a service around exactly that: support that fits your life, delivered by people who turn up and truly listen.

Whether it's building daily living skills, getting out into the community, or giving family a chance to rest, we walk alongside you at your pace.

What we stand for

The values behind every shift

Genuine care

People first, always. We support the whole person, not a list of tasks.

Independence

We build skills and confidence so you can do more of what matters, your way.

Respect

Your choices, culture and dignity are at the centre of everything we do.

Consistency

Familiar faces who show up reliably — because trust is built over time.

Our team

The people who show up

Wander is powered by a dedicated team of support workers across South Australia. Every member is NDIS-screened, first-aid trained, and chosen for one thing above all — genuine care.

We invest in ongoing training so the people who support you bring both skill and heart to every shift.

Boaz

Hey there! I’m Boaz Cuddihy. Living with autism has shaped my life and given me a profound appreciation for the unique journey each person takes.

Through Wander Community Care, I work with individuals of all ages and abilities to create pathways toward greater independence and fulfilment.

Having navigated my own experience with disability, I truly understand the daily challenges and triumphs of being neurodiverse. I’m passionate about connecting with those I support, learning from their experiences, and collaborating to build the skills that matter most to them.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to make life easier and more empowering — because everyone deserves the chance to thrive in their own way.

Brooke

Hi! I’m Brooke Cuddihy. I’m a caring and adventurous person who finds joy in the outdoors and expressing my creativity through arts and crafts. Supporting people with special needs has always been a passion of mine, and I love creating an environment where others feel safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves.

I enjoy going on adventures, embracing new experiences, and building meaningful connections with the people I support. Being a good listener is important to me, and I always strive to understand the needs, goals, and perspectives of those around me. Whether it’s through creativity, conversation, or simply being present, I believe in making every interaction uplifting and meaningful.

With a strong work ethic and a deep sense of care, I take pride in bringing positivity and organisation into everything I do. My goal is to not only assist but to empower, helping each person I support build confidence, independence, and a life they love.
